Officially, I've been a Life & Business Coach for the past 20 years, but in fact, it's actually more than 30!
Experience taught me that behind all that manifests (crises, problems, hardships, etc.), there's always a "pattern" that keeps repeating itself, and I had to learn how to correctly interpret events, in order to figure out how and why they occur.
Thanks to my study on systems dynamics, I was finally able to come up with a simple, yet powerful method that would put any professional and small business owner in the condition to give that extra charge to their business by following simple principles.
I called this method:
This method contains two words:
- AUTORITY - Isn't this what you want to convey about yourself to your ideal Client: being an absolute authority in your field?
- PRO - Short for "professional", but it also describes a person who is phenomenal, exceptional, one of a kind!
Just think of a person in whichever field he/she is involved (art, culture, social, political, etc.) for which you feel respect, trust, reliability, and perhaps even a hint of healthy envy.
Reflect on this, now: Why?
In your specific field of work, you can own that "more to it", that... something so many colleagues of yours can't even fathom. And that can be yours!
I don't think you need a picture of what this implies in terms of
higher
income, of
market positioning, of
competitiveness, of
economic stability,
credibility, etc... right?
It's a revolutionary method that helps you understand how the reality you're involved with actually works.
Without such knowledge, you are going to give rise to twists and strains that you're going to pay for at some time.
And this is what causes all the problems and failures that so many professional and business owners experience.
(Little spoiler: even being really good at what you do is no longer enough today!)
In order for you to acquire more AUTHORITY, which is what makes you so fabulously attractive for
your Clients, you need to learn how to wisely work with 3 fundamental elements.

"Master Your Life" is the biggest online event in the world dedicated to personal and professional growth. In this year's edition (2023), there were 100 speakers from 90 countries in the world.
I was honored to represent Italy.
I've been collaborating with a new, but fast-growing web radio operating in Northern Italy, for the past year and a half with a program of my own, "La Svolta" (The Turning Point), dedicated to personal and professional growth, of course.

I published 2 books with "Franco Angeli Editore", one of the most important Italian publishers
specialized in publications dealing with Business topics.
They're a bit dated, but they still have a lot to say for those who want to grow and prosper.
THE 5 PRINCIPLES OF CORPORATE SUCCESS
(Only in Italian)
Originally written in 1996, it was only published in 2002 (because nobody seemed to be interested in the topic at first), the book already talks about what today is in everybody's mouth: mission, vision, direction, etc.
It dared to claim that businesses have a "soul" that those who work in it aren't even aware of.
Today, it's definitely a must.

Published in 2008, the book focuses on the relationship of an individual with the perception of his worth (which results in self-esteem, or lack thereof) and how to implement it in his daily personal and professional life.
The text deals with the topic of self-esteem in a direct and practical way, and it's perfect for those who want to tackle this matter in a soft, but effective way.
